QD3 then moved to New York to pursue his dream to become a music producer in America. After a year and a half in New York working with old school legends T La Rock (1st artist signed to Def Jam) and Special K (of the group Treacherous 3 ft. Kool Moe Dee), QD3 decided to attend the noted Berklee College of Music in Boston to study engineering and music theory. After Berklee QD3 moved to Los Angeles where he immediately connected with Dr. Dre and Ice Cube. He began producing with a talented crew that would include Ice Cube, Tupac, Warren G, Snoop Dogg and many others who would go on to create West coast Hip Hop and change the culture around the world.
With many gold, platinum and multi-platinum albums and singles to his name (over 40mil albums sold), QD3 is a bona fide hit maker in Rap, R&B and Pop.
